Maria Josefina Sequen Subuyuj  is a student intern who has significantly advanced in learning the software for creating drawings of felines. She can do both realistic scientific illustrations, and also a style of comic book illustrations. Josefina speaks Kaqchiquel Mayan language, Spanish, and is learning English. She and the other students are excellent examples of the innate capability of the local students when they have initiative and are willing to focus on learning both hardware and software.
